EC1 Partners, while capitalising on the wealth of experience the team possesses – was created as we saw a need for a new, more dynamic, more adaptable outfit that truly does what it says. Not only in terms of delivery for those we work with, but by creating an ongoing success story and building on proven track records within sales and the financial markets.
As we've grown within that market we've developed our service offering and began building relationships with the top talent within Product, IT, Marketing, and HR. We've also grown our international reach with offices now in London, New York, and Singapore. We now service the global FinTech market with a more comprehensive covering, ensuring that at all times we source and produce the premium level of talent in each sector.
With one eye firmly fixed on the present and the other fixed on the future, the only direction we are moving, is forward.
Jamie commenced his career in recruitment in 2002 as the founder of Target Partners, now a division of a stock market listed global recruitment group. It was here he developed and took a 2 man team into one of the most successful divisions of the group.
By 2005 Jamie was managing the division, leading a team of consultants focusing across several verticals. Despite becoming the global recruitment group’s most successful permanent biller, he also had full responsibility for managing Target Partners.
In 2008, Jamie founded EC1 Partners, specialising in senior level assignments and is responsible for driving EC1’s sales, continually improving customer service, client retention, developing client relationships and implementing EC1’s strategic direction. As founder of EC1 Partners Jamie also provides general oversight of all EC1 activities including the development of its offices in New York and Singapore.
Simon started his career in recruitment in 2003 with Target Partners, now part of a stock market listed global recruitment group . He was instrumental in the growth and success of Target Partners and by 2005 was leading the financial sales team. He held full responsibility for recruiting, business development and the growth of this team.
In 2008, Simon Co-founded EC1 Partners and has responsibility for sales, driving new business development, identifying business growth opportunities, training and team development. Simon moved to Singapore in September 2016 to develop our office in the Lion City.
Natalie started her career in recruitment in 2003. By 2006, she joined Target Partners, now part of a stock market listed global recruitment group. She created a highly successful Transactional Banking recruitment team and eventually took full responsibility for managing Target Partners. During her time with Target Partners, Natalie was responsible for contingency recruitment across financial technology sales in UK & EMEA and was recognised as one of the highest revenue generators globally with the firm.
In 2009, Natalie joined EC1 Partners and was instrumental in scaling the UK recruitment team. During this time, she quickly became one of the highest billing recruiters and went on to manage the FinTech sales recruitment team. In 2013, Natalie moved to New York to establish our first International office. In her current role, she is responsible for defining, structuring and scaling EC1’s business in the Americas. Her primary areas of focus are the development of talent, the deepening of strategic client relationships and the expansion of EC1’s recruitment solutions into new market verticals. She also serves on EC1 Partners’ Board of Directors and works on executive level retained search assignments for FinTech companies and private equity firms.
