Business and Client Support Specialist

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus

A dynamic Fintech company is looking for a Business and Client Support Specialist to join their expanding team. Based in the heart of London, this organisation is a market leader in finance securities solutions that support post-trade processing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to join a fast paced FinTech company and develop their career.  

Role Description:

- Support clients by responding to issues and service requests
- Supporting and assisting the sales team in implementing follow up actions for clients
- Maintain and build relationships with clients whilst communicating client feedback back to the technology group
- Proactively promote the use and benefits of the organisations products
- Assist clients with understanding the products on offer

What We Are Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills in order to communicate effectivity with our global client base (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience of working in client facing roles with a strong client service focus (PREFERABLE)
- Understanding of Securities Finance post-trade processes (PREFERABLE)
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills
- Confident and personable character
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
