Client Relationship Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

Are you a client focused self-starter? Are you looking for a role with exposure across multiple dynamic teams? Are you fluent in Italian? Our client, a market leading financial services provider, is growing aggressively and therefore has an increasing demand for its products and services. As a result of this they are looking to bring on board a Client Relationship Manager to join their committed client services team. The successful candidate will have strong relationship management skills, a keen interest in problem solving and strong communication skills.

Education and experience:

- Previous experience in a B2B client-facing or relationship management role
- Experience with Datafeeds or Excel is beneficial
- Highly client-focused with demonstrated commitment to relationship building
- Highly motivated
- Strong presentation skills
- Fluent in both English and Italian
- Knowledge of Fixed Income products preferred
- Educated to degree level or equivalent


- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide client training and product demonstrations
- Understand client workflows and assist with addressing any issues
- Working across multiple teams (product, sales, operations) to escalate any issues
- Prioritize Tier 1 clients within the Italian market
- Inform clients of relevant research, new product developments or updates
