Head of Sales - Japan / Financial Software
Salary: ¥20-22M base + bonus + commission + benefits

Our client is a US centred financial technology institution, they have an excellent market strategy and product suite offering. Extremely profitable and with an impressive suite of products for both the buy and sell-side markets, they now look for a Senior Sales Manager to drive all sales in Japan.
You will be a highly experience sales professional with good sales management experience. You will be responsible for sales of the entire software suite to the financial markets across Japan, both new business and account management sales. You will contribute to the sales strategy plan for APAC yet own the Japan sales strategy. You will manage the entire sales team driving revenue from both existing and new accounts. This role will require someone to still take involvement in the sales process as well as some accountability for sales revenues. Previous sales management experience with a track record of successful mentoring and sales performance is required. You will have strong experience in technology sales to the financial Services Sector. Experience selling into and operating at a C-level is important, any experience around Risk management, Med/back office driven technologies or enterprise data is of interest. Fluency in Japanese is required. This is a high growth region as the company continues to invest in Asia at the same time as experiencing high demand for their portfolio of products. This reports to the President of Sales in the USA.
