Head of Support

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Due to our client's products being unrivalled, there has been an increasing demand for their services. They are therefore looking to hire a Head of Support to run there dynamic global support team. This role involves managing the Client Services team, working on high priority issues and escalating support requests to the necessary teams. This dynamic financial technology firm are searching for a hungry and passionate support candidate to cover global regions providing the highest level of customer service.

Educations and Experience:

- Degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Experienced with working with, Unix/Linux, SQL, Java
- Understanding of Jira / Jira Service Desk would be an advantage
- Communicate effectively at all levels with the business and externally
- Experience with ITIL Service Management is desirable
- Understanding of Agile development is preferred.
