Human Resources Director

Salary: $175 000

Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources leader to join their Management team. This is a stand-alone role, reporting to the CEO, where you will be working in a stimulating, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

- Setting HR Policy and applying it consistently across the globe (i.e., TS has offices in Europe, Asia and the Americas)    
- Leading the Recruitment and Hiring efforts around the world to bring top flight talent to the firm
- Staying up-to-date with the latest compensation trends for the Fintech industry, making recommendations to the CEO for adjustments where necessary 
- Promoting Employee Engagement activities throughout the company
- Managing the Benefits Administration requirements of the company
- Revising and re-publishing the Employee Handbook
- Reviewing the firm’s Consulting Agreements with headhunters and revising them to make them more competitive
- Reviewing the Employment Contracts used in each country TS operates in and revising them to make them more competitive within the FinTech industry
- Identifying the future leaders of the firm and establishing developmental strategies to accelerate their personal growth and contributions to the company
- Analysing the company’s Performance Management system and making changes to improve the process

Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree, at a minimum; Master’s Degree in a related field preferred
- At least 10 years of experience leading an HR function with a global presence
- Prior experience working in a technology/software/trading environment
- The ability to work by yourself
