Sales Director EMEA

Salary: £120,000 - £180,000 base salary + Equity + Benefits

Exciting opportunity to lead the EMEA sales effort for a FinTech involved in blockchain technology solutions to the capital markets arena.

Reporting directly into the CEO this is a fantastic opportunity to work for growing brand that is looking to roll-out new solutions across the market. The role will be based in London and will consist of new business sales across the capital markets space. You will also maintain an existing client base and be tasked with identifying new business opportunity and up and cross sell across their full solution suite.

The role will require you to be a new business hunter, have a strong understanding of the full trading lifecycle and the ability to sell complex bespoke technology solutions. You will also need to have a proven track record in closing large ticket complex solution deals with a minimum of 8 months sales cycle and have the ability to sell strategically across different verticals within large financial institutions.

 Requirements:

- 8+ years' experience selling B2B enterprise/bespoke financial technology solutions into the
- Investment Banking industry
- Previous experience within a start-up or launching a new product to market is essential
- A strong understanding of the finance industry - specifically knowledge of the full trading lifecycle across multiple asset classes
- Experience of selling Experience of high value, complex software solutions
