Sales Executive – Capital Markets Sales

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

Our client is a small, unique company supplying an innovative post-trade solution for Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks across the globe. These solutions include settlements, reconciliation, trade lifecycle management, & processing.

Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

- 7-15 years’ new business solution sales experience in the financial technology markets
- Multi-Asset class knowledge in one or more of the following: Fixed Income, Securities, FX, Derivatives, Futures
- Deep attention to detail and organizational skills
- Sell-Side contacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS Degree in Business Admin or related field
- MBA preferred

This role will report to the Global Head of Securities. Responsibilities will include:

- Driving new business efforts across multiple business lines
- Consultative selling into large investment banks
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting, identifying opportunities, selling customer solutions, through to implementation
- Understanding clients’ needs and communicate with technology team to provide innovative solutions
- Stay current with industry trends, economic issues, intelligence around competitors and continually develop technical and business knowledge
- Prioritize and multi-task to create efficient processes for both client and internal processes
- Travel may be required
