Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 base salary + Commission + Benefits

My client is a market leader in the regulatory compliance and more specifically, voice surveillance industry. They have aggressive growth plans and are looking to hire a new business sales executive for their London office. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the regulatory markets and have sold to Tier 1 banks. They must also be very new business focussed and have a proven track record in closing big ticket software deals. This role presents an excellent opportunity to join an exciting and rapidly growing fintech company that provides solutions to an ever changing market with huge opportunity.

Requirements

- Good understanding and experience in selling big-ticket, complex software
- Proven sales experience serving Tier 1 investment banks
- Prior business to business sales, client relationship management
- Proven track record of closing business and achieving assigned sales quota
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - ability to persuade and influence
- Ability to hold high level conversations at C-Level
