Technical Support Analyst

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

My client, a leading FinTech company, is looking for a motivated candidate to join their passionate and successful team of experts in a technical support position. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of Linux, SQL and workflow systems. Some of the role's responsibilities include; resolving issues impacting internal systems and clients, on boarding of new services and working across multiple teams to create/implement improvements of the production service. However this candidate should be keen to get involved across the business in order to become an expert in the company’s products and technology. With solid training and exposure progression should be fast paced.
Knowledge and Experience:

·         0-2 years’ experience
·         Strong communication skills – will be expected to liaise with all teams internally and clients externally
·         Computer Science Degree (or similar)
·         Technologies: Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl, PHP, Ticketing, Monitoring/Alerting systems
·         Able/interested in solving complex problems
·         Highly motivated and proactive
·         Strong technical ability
