Position: Content Designer

Industry: Asset Management

Location: London (Hybrid)

Rate: £500 – £600 per day Inside IR35.

My client is seeking a talented and experienced Content Designer with a background in marketing editorial to join there team. As a Content Designer, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality content that engages our target audience and supports our overall marketing objectives. This position requires experience working in either the asset management industry or wealth management.



  1. Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content across various channels, including websites, social media platforms, newsletters, blogs, and thought leadership pieces. Write, edit, and proofread content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. Make complex language and concepts easy to understand for a diverse audience.
  2. User-Focused Approach: Apply a user-centric mindset to content design, ensuring that the content is tailored to the needs, preferences, and behaviors of our target audience. Conduct user research and utilize data-driven insights to inform content strategies and optimize user experiences. Create content that drives customer engagement, educates investors, and enhances their experience with our products and services.
  3. Content Management: Oversee the end-to-end content management process, including content planning, creation, editing, publishing, and maintenance. Utilize content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) platforms to organize and distribute content effectively. Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all content assets.
  4. Technical Expertise: Possess exceptional technical understanding of asset management practices, including investment strategies, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks. Translate complex investment concepts into clear, accessible, and jargon-free content for a non-expert audience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure content compliance.
  5. Marketing Editorial Experience: Leverage your marketing editorial expertise to craft engaging narratives, compelling headlines, and taglines that resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.


  1. Asset Management or Wealth Management Experience.
  2. User-Focused Mindset: Ability to empathize with the needs and preferences of the target audience and incorporate user-centered design principles into content creation. Experience in user research, usability testing, and data analysis is a plus.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  4. Content Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and experience with digital asset management (DAM) platforms is preferred.
  5. Excellent Content Writing: Outstanding writing skills with a demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content across various formats and channels. Experience in writing, editing, and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, readability, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  6. Technical understanding of asset management concepts, investment strategies, and financial markets. Ability to simplify complex information
