We are working on a fantastic opportunity with a leading global Fintech providing pre and post-trade margin and collateral optimisation solutions to derivatives market participants. Off the back of their success, they are now looking to hire a second Customer Success Manager with knowledge around Derivatives, Collateral or Margin analytics.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Collaborate with clients to pinpoint areas for enhancement and added value.
Arranging and managing recurring appointments with clients, while also engaging with them and establishing solid relationships.
Partner with commercial team to identify opportunities and produce client roadmaps.
Assist in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics focused on customer success and facilitate the gathering of necessary data.
WHAT DO YOU BRING
• Proficient in written and verbal communication for effective internal and client interaction
• Skilled in time management, capable of setting realistic deadlines
• Strong organizational abilities for efficient multitasking
• Previous exposure in customer-facing roles and adept at handling client relationships
• Have at least 3 years of experience in engaging with clients
• Experience in margin & collateral is desirable.
