Sustainability Sales Director

Are you ready to take the reins at one of the most dynamic and influential brands in the Fintech space? They’re expanding the sustainability team and are searching for an experienced sales director to help them achieve their ambitious plans of becoming the market leader in ESG, offering cutting-edge data and analytics solutions to power global markets.

What you will be doing:

  • Establish value propositions for sustainability solutions in partnership with marketing and business leaders.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly revenue results and develop a sustainable strategy for the territory.
  • Identify opportunities for top-line revenue growth, focusing on cross-sell opportunities.
  • Improve customer experience and go-to-market strategy with the marketing function.
  • Promote cross-divisional collaboration and align sales strategy with key client opportunities.
  • Communicate sustainability value proposition and market leadership; participate in industry events and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Develop and execute account plans based on company size, industry, and strategic objectives.
  • Manage and grow a book of business, including current accounts and new logos.

What you bring:

  • Experience in Sustainability and/or SaaS enterprise sales with a focus on solution selling and large deals.
  • Ability to communicate company vision and revenue strategy across functions.
  • Proven success selling to financial institutions and managing large complex sales.
  • Skills in collecting and leveraging customer, market, and competitive intelligence.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience in a global matrix environment.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into product/service requirements and execute sales/support strategy.
  • Decision-making ability based on imperfect information.
  • Strong negotiation skills and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills with executive audiences.
