HEAD OF CLIENT MANAGEMENT – EMEA
Our client provides software solutions to the FX and digital assets trading arena. They are growing out their team in the UK, and are now looking for a Head of Client Management.
What you will be doing:
Building relationships with institutional clients in EMEA, to ensure smooth pricing and liquidity management experience, support and training, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for their needs.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our electronic FX liquidity management platform, as well as market trends and industry developments.
• Monitor and analyze client usage and performance metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the platform’s features and functionality.
• Act as a liaison between clients and our internal development teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into platform enhancements and updates.
What you will bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer facing role within the electronic FX liquidity management industry.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Knowledge of electronic FX trading platforms and industry trends.
