Off the back of their success, they are now looking to hire a Junior Customer Success Manager with knowledge around Derivatives, Collateral or Margin analytics.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Collaborate with clients to pinpoint areas for enhancement and added value.
- Arranging and managing recurring appointments with clients, while also engaging with them and establishing solid relationships.
- Partner with commercial team to identify opportunities and produce client roadmaps.
- Assist in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics focused on customer success and facilitate the gathering of necessary data.
WHAT DO YOU BRING
• Proficient in written and verbal communication for effective internal and client interaction
• Skilled in time management, capable of setting realistic deadlines
• Strong organizational abilities for efficient multitasking
• Previous exposure in customer-facing roles and adept at handling client relationships
• Experience in margin & collateral is desirable.
