Job Description
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in our company’s growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with C-Suite executives in banks across Japan. Your primary focus will be on selling cutting-edge payment solutions to meet the evolving needs of the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and target new business opportunities within the banking sector, with a specific focus on C-Suite executives.
· Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
· Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and propose tailored payment technology solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present compelling proposals to clients.
· Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
· Provide regular reporting and updates on sales activities and pipeline status.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
· Proven track record of successful enterprise and complex software solution (SaaS) sales.
· In-depth knowledge of payment solutions and the banking industry.
· Strong understanding of financial technology (FinTech) trends and developments.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Fluency in Japanese and English languages is preferred.
