Job Description

Our client is looking for an Associate Director, Sponsorship and Membership Sales Executive to join not-for-profit membership association aiming to promote well-functioning cross-border bond markets, which are essential to fund sustainable economic growth. This role will be integral in promoting the entirety of their services and driving sponsorship and membership sales.

What you will be doing?

Sponsorship sales; working with the Head of Business Development to develop and implement sponsorship strategies for their events.
Membership business development looking to identify potential markets, clients and partnerships for expansion.
Cross-selling, generating leads and making introductions where possible.
Attend conferences and market events, representing and building brand awareness.

What are they looking for?

3-5 years experience in securing financial sponsorships, partnerships or business development roles, ideally in the B2C financial services.
Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship building skills with a track record of successful sponsorship acquisition.
Experience and good knowledge of the international dept capital markets (ideally).
Interest in capital markets’ regulations and market practices.
