About the Position: The Sales Director at the firm will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by building relationships with and selling our multi-asset class enterprise trading technology to Regional Banks, Canadian Banks, LATAM Banks, and quantitative funds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Prime Services (FX PB), Prime Brokerage Sales or eSales and have a strong understanding of the market structure.
Key Qualifications:
Experience working in Prime Services (FX PB), Prime Brokerage Sales or eSales at a major bank
Someone who knows the Funds using Prime Brokers that has some familiarity of how to add value to them
Someone who has experience marketing liquidity and explaining the benefits of algo vs. other execution methods
Someone with fresh contacts with liquidity providers
Key Responsibilities:
Building relationships with and selling our multi-asset class enterprise trading technology to Regional Banks, Canadian Banks, LATAM Banks, and quantitative funds
Positioning our technology as a complete solution for trading technology, distribution, and analytics
Representing the firm in a professional and positive manner
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Keeping abreast of market trends and developments, and adapting sales strategies accordingly
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and providing regular reports to management
