Role overview
Our client works in embedded banking and treasury technology, enabling partners to offer financial and treasury capabilities within their own products and services.
They are hiring a Partner Success Manager in Vancouver to help partners get live, grow and get lasting value from the platform. This role suits a customer success or partner management professional with fintech or banking technology experience who likes owning relationships end to end.
What you will be doing:
- Own relationships with a portfolio of partners, acting as their main point of contact.
- Support partner onboarding and help them launch successfully.
- Track partner health, adoption and growth, and act early on risks.
- Identify opportunities to deepen partner usage and expand the relationship.
- Work with product, operations and commercial teams to resolve issues and share partner feedback.
What you will bring:
- Customer success, partner management or account management experience in fintech, payments or banking technology.
- Understanding of embedded finance, banking-as-a-service or treasury workflows.
- Strong relationship management and the ability to coordinate internal teams.
- Ability to work hybrid from Vancouver.
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting partners through API integrations or platform launches.
