What you will be doing;
Work with decision makers / product owners to define business financial and operational requirements to help identify and resolve issues.
Review and Analyse new and existing systems as well as develop new strategies to improve these systems.
Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems

Our client is a global fintech offering a data & analytics SaaS platform to the investment management community. They are now looking to expand their finance operations capacity with an experienced and passionate FP&A Manager to join the London team.
What you will be doing:
• Providing assistance in the creation of decision-influencing board & leadership decks, succinctly and powerfully summarising the business’ aims and strategy.
• Helping to facilitate planning & execution of group restructuring and support in any future financing transactions.
• Create and maintain dynamic Excel models for group-level budgeting & forecasting, as well as for non-trivial calculations, such as volume-based transactions.
• Work effectively and collaboratively with other international teams, especially Sales & Marketing to ensure that core KPIs are updated and used to drive stronger company performance.
• Support & ultimately own key operational processes around audit, tax, annual filing requirements, HR, feedback cycles & payroll, making and executing recommendations to drive efficiency.
