What will you be doing:

Working towards weekly, monthly, quarterly KPI’s to achieve targets
Learning the 360 recruitment process from your peers around you

Recruitment Consultant – Singapore

You will have roles to work from day one. Our market is not driven by recruitment portals, PSL’s and submitting CV’s on mass. We don’t believe in cold calls and to be successful at EC1 you need to be able to build genuine relationships at every level of an organization
Responsibilities
• Working the entire 360 recruitment cycle: a blend of business development, sales and recruiting
• Create and foster high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as hiring managers
• Leveraging the firms existing relationships to map out your own market focus
• Build genuine relationships with some of the biggest names in the FinTech space in order to create long lasting business relationships
• Mentor and train new team members
Qualifications
• Ideally recruitment Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting preferably for SAAS/ FinTech or financial services.
• Superior negotiating and closing skills with a good eye for detail
• Be autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple position
• Self motivation, a high level of drive and a strong desire to win as part of a team.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant (1+ years) to work on our Technical Recruiting team, which partner with the worlds most disruptive FinTech firms, on an exclusive/ retained basis.
This is a position on a hot desk, with highly committed roles to work from day 1. Role can be seated out of Manhattan or Miami.
If you are looking to move from in-house or agency over to Executive Search, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
