As a Senior Recruiter based in London, you will play a pivotal role in our thriving global organisation. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent within the FinTech sector, primarily focusing on mid to senior-level positions while actively engaging in new business development activities. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.

We work across Digital Assets, Electronic Trading, Capital Markets, ESG & ClimateTech, Data, Research & Analytics, Buy-Side Software, RegTech, and Payments & Lending.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Recruiter based in London, you will play a pivotal role in our thriving global organisation. You will have roles to work from day one. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent within the FinTech sector, primarily focusing on mid to senior-level positions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities
•    Partner with clients to understand their hiring requirements, provide insights, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
•    Execute full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
•    Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the FinTech industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify and attract top talent.
•    Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking events.
•    Leveraging the firm’s existing relationships to map out your own market focus.
•    Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, evaluate qualifications, and make recommendations to clients based on their specific requirements.
•    Effectively negotiate and facilitate the offer process, including managing compensation discussions and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
•    Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication throughout the hiring process.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and contribute to the organisation’s overall success.
•    Mentor and train new team members

Requirements & Qualifications:
•    Significant experience in recruitment, specifically within the fintech or financial services industry.
•    Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in mid to senior-level positions.
•    Deep understanding of FinTech industry trends, market dynamics, and key players.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.
•    Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
•    Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
•    Experience working in a global environment and with remote teams is a plus.
