Our Story

Establishing ourselves in early 2008 during the financial crisis, we have demonstrated that not even a tough market can slow us down. EC1 Partners, while capitalising on the wealth of experience the team possesses – was created as we saw a need for a new, more dynamic, more adaptable outfit that truly does what it says. Not only in terms of delivery for those we work with, but by creating an ongoing success story and building on proven track records within sales and the financial markets.

As we’ve grown within that market we’ve developed our service offering and began building relationships with the top talent within Sales and Marketing, Product, Professional Services, Operations and Support, Technology, and Interims/Contracts. Within those areas we cover roles such as Electronic Trading, Data, Research & Analytics, Capital Markets Software, Buy Side Software, RegTech, Payments, and Blockchain. We’ve also grown our international reach with offices now in London, New York, and Singapore. We now service the global FinTech market with a more comprehensive covering, ensuring that at all times we source and produce the premium level of talent in each sector.

With one eye firmly fixed on the present and the other fixed on the future, the only direction we are moving, is forward.
