We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for the company marketing and lead generation strategy. You will be a key member of the management team, developing and implementing marketing strategies which will strengthen our businesses position in the market place and build sustainable growth. The right person will scale sales enablement, lead generation, drive brand awareness while developing value proposition and commercial messaging.

Responsibilities

• Development of the long-term company marketing strategy, with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth, market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition

• Establish targeted marketing strategy across market segments and geographies

• Promote and develop brand recognition with different targeted communication channels

• Develop content creation with research & development team and communication to scale lead generation and client acquisition

• Coordination with sales and client service team based Europe, US and Asia enabling them to meet their objectives

• Work closely with leadership team to define the future growth of the brand and business

Experience / skills

• Experience within a fast-growing B2B enterprise software or cloud-based solution provider, thrives on delivering strong business growth objectives

• A track record of successfully executing an integrated marketing plan that achieves / exceed revenue goals

• Experience with marketing automation tools and linkage with CRM desired

• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across a number of stakeholders including sales and product teams

• Good understanding of financial markets & institutional investors needs

• Driven individual, motivated by achieving outstanding results with the ability to inspire and communicate effectively at all levels

• Strong project management skills; excellent attention to details
