Overview

A high-growth fintech company providing enterprise SaaS, capital markets technology, and financial infrastructure solutions is seeking a Country Manager – Singapore to lead local strategy and commercial operations.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for revenue growth, partnerships, regulatory engagement, and team leadership in one of the world’s most important financial hubs. You will work closely with regional executives to drive market expansion and build strong relationships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute country strategy and growth plans.
• Manage revenue targets, budgets, and operational performance.
• Build relationships with banks, fintech partners, and regulators.
• Lead hiring and development of local teams.
• Ensure compliance with MAS and regional regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fintech or financial services leadership roles.
• Strong commercial and operational experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments and market structure in Singapore.
• Proven track record of building and leading teams.

Day-to-day

• Meet key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Review financial and operational performance.
• Lead internal strategy meetings.
• Oversee hiring and talent development.
• Represent the organisation at industry events.
