Overview

An established fintech organisation is seeking a Senior Sales professional to drive revenue growth across institutional and enterprise clients. This role focuses on building strategic relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and expanding market share in a competitive financial technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against regional revenue targets across assigned territories or verticals.
• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities within banks, asset managers, brokers, and financial infrastructure providers.
• Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders including technology, compliance, and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting within CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B sales experience within fintech, capital markets technology, or financial data solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial markets workflows, APIs, SaaS, or trading infrastructure.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Day-to-day

• Engage with prospective clients through meetings, calls, and industry events.
• Manage and progress a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate internal teams to support demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Update forecasts and provide weekly pipeline reporting.
