Role overview
Our client provides AI-enabled compliance technology, helping regulated firms meet regulatory obligations with greater accuracy and less manual effort.
They are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to grow their presence across the Northeast USA. The role suits a RegTech or compliance technology seller who can speak to Chief Compliance Officers and their teams about where AI genuinely reduces risk and workload.
What you will be doing:
- Win new business for AI compliance and RegTech solutions across the Northeast.
- Sell to compliance, legal, risk and technology stakeholders at regulated firms.
- Run consultative sales cycles that address regulatory requirements, model governance and data security questions.
- Build and manage pipeline, and forecast accurately.
- Work with product and pre-sales colleagues on demos, evaluations and proposals.
What you will bring:
- A track record of selling RegTech, compliance or risk technology to regulated organisations.
- Working knowledge of the compliance challenges facing financial services firms.
- Ability to explain AI-enabled solutions credibly to compliance and risk buyers.
- Ability to cover a Northeast USA territory.
Nice to have:
- Experience selling AI or machine learning-based products.
- Relationships with compliance leaders at banks, broker-dealers or asset managers.
