About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth across the Central Asia region. You’ll be working with leading institutions in crypto, Web3, fintech and financial services, helping clients adopt secure and scalable digital asset solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships

  • Drive new business through prospecting, territory and account planning

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, BDRs, and wider GTM teams

  • Maintain accurate pipelines and reporting within CRM

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven enterprise sales experience in software, fintech, blockchain or financial services

  • Strong understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and cryptocurrency

  • A consistent track record of exceeding targets and closing complex deals

  • Entrepreneurial, hunter mindset with strong prospecting skills

  • Fluent in Russian, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders

  • Team-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills

  • Fluency in Russian is essential
