The Role

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding key enterprise relationships. This position focuses on long-term client success, revenue growth, and strategic account development across a portfolio of institutional clients.

You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximise value while identifying opportunities for expansion and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop relationships with strategic financial institution accounts

  • Drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives

  • Lead account planning and renewal strategies

  • Partner with product and delivery teams to ensure client success

  • Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Monitor client performance and identify optimisation opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience managing enterprise fintech or SaaS accounts

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • Commercial mindset with demonstrated account growth success

  • Understanding of capital markets environments preferred

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
