Role Overview
The Sales Specialist will focus on selling FX and liquidity solutions to buyside clients across the APAC region. The role involves managing existing client relationships, driving new business, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client success. This is a hands-on, client-facing position requiring commercial acumen, relationship management skills, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Originate new business opportunities with hedge funds, asset managers, and proprietary trading firms
• Manage and expand relationships with existing buyside clients to ensure engagement and service quality
• Promote the firm’s institutional liquidity and FX trading solutions
• Collaborate with trading, operations, and product teams to deliver solutions to clients
• Maintain knowledge of market structure, liquidity dynamics, and competitive offerings
• Track, report, and forecast sales activity to meet business targets
Requirements
• 1 to 4 years experience in sales, business development, or account management within financial markets
• Prior exposure to FX, liquidity, or electronic trading solutions preferred
• Strong understanding of buyside client segments, including hedge funds and asset managers
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
