About the Company
A global broker-dealer and institutional trading firm with offices in major financial hubs is seeking a Structured Products Sales professional for its Singapore team. The firm provides execution and trading solutions across multiple asset classes, including FX, equities, commodities, futures, margin products, fixed income, and structured products. Its client base includes external asset managers, family offices, institutions, hedge funds, and broker-dealers.
Role Overview
The role focuses on structured solutions for institutional and private clients in Asia, with an emphasis on developing and maintaining relationships with External Asset Managers (EAMs), Single Family Offices (SFOs), and Multi Family Offices (MFOs). While structured products are the primary focus, the role may expand to include the firm’s broader offerings such as FX, custody, and equity trading.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive business development and sales of structured products across Singapore, Hong Kong, and other jurisdictions
• Leverage existing client relationships to generate consistent revenue growth
• Identify and engage new clients, including EAMs, SFOs, and MFOs
• Deliver tailored investment ideas and structured product solutions to meet client needs
• Collaborate with other product lines and regional offices to provide integrated cross-asset solutions
• Stay up to date with market trends and product developments to provide timely and relevant client coverage
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in structured products or institutional sales
• Established client network with EAMs, SFOs, and MFOs in Asia
• Proven ability to generate USD 500K–1M in annual revenues
• Strong product knowledge, commercial acumen, and market awareness
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a lean, growing team environment
