About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a high-growth blockchain data and analytics platform hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to focus on TradFi and broader financial services accounts across North America. This role is centered on winning new business with banks, credit unions, payment processors, and fintechs, helping them detect, investigate, and report crypto-exposed risk while also supporting the safe launch of new digital asset and blockchain-related business lines.
This is a true enterprise hunting role for a seller who is comfortable building pipeline in a developing market segment, navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and engaging credibly with senior buyers across risk, compliance, fraud, security, and digital asset strategy teams.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a net-new pipeline across financial institutions in North America
- Win new logos and expand strategic accounts within the TradFi segment
- Create and execute territory and account plans that drive predictable quarterly results
- Develop trusted relationships with customers through a consultative, transparent sales approach
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, solutions, and internal stakeholders to shape proposals and support customer needs
- Contribute market feedback to help sharpen product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for financial services buyers
Ideal Profile
We are looking for a high-agency enterprise seller with a strong new business mindset and a proven track record selling into financial institutions. The right person brings both commercial credibility and the ability to translate technical or complex product capabilities into clear business outcomes for customers.
Required Background
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling into financial institutions
- Experience selling solutions related to risk and compliance, data analytics, financial crime, fraud, or data security
- Strong track record in net-new business development and market creation
- Comfort with long, consultative enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying environments
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and credibly up to the executive and CXO level
- Consistent history of quota attainment and overachievement
- Willingness to travel across North America as needed

- Familiarity with AML regulation and the evolving crypto compliance landscape
- Exposure to blockchain, digital assets, or adjacent market infrastructure themes
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage or startup environment
- Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to learn a complex market quickly
