Role Overview

This role focuses on building backend services for a capital markets SaaS platform used by financial institutions to manage trading, post-trade, and operational workflows. You’ll work on scalable, production-grade systems that sit at the core of institutional market infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services and APIs

• Support scalable, high-availability systems

• Collaborate with product and frontend teams

• Improve system performance and resilience

• Contribute to technical design discussions

Required Experience

• Backend engineering experience (Java, Kotlin, or similar)

• Financial services or capital markets exposure

• API and database design experience

• Experience working on production systems

• Understanding of distributed systems

Nice to Have

• Post-trade or middle-office system exposure

• Cloud-native development experience

• Microservices architecture
