A rapidly growing digital wealth platform in Asia Pacific is seeking a senior leader to head its corporate solutions business.

The firm provides technology driven investment and cash management solutions designed to help individuals and businesses manage their finances more effectively. With strong growth in assets under management and a growing regional footprint, the company is focused on transforming how wealth and treasury solutions are delivered across Asia.

The Role

The company is looking for a Business Head to lead the growth and operations of its corporate offering. Reporting directly to senior commercial leadership, this individual will be responsible for expanding the firm’s corporate client platform, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering value to business clients across Asia.

This role will focus on investment and cash management solutions for corporate clients, helping businesses optimise treasury management and investment strategies. The position plays a critical role in positioning the platform as a preferred partner for corporate treasury and investment solutions across Singapore, Hong Kong, and the wider region.

The successful candidate will bring strong commercial leadership, deep knowledge of fintech or financial services, and experience building B2B businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the strategy for the corporate solutions business
• Drive expansion across Singapore, Hong Kong, and broader regional markets
• Shape product development and go to market strategy aligned with overall company objectives
• Identify opportunities to tailor treasury and investment solutions for different corporate client segments

Business Development and Sales

• Lead B2B sales and client acquisition across SMEs, startups, and large corporates
• Build relationships with CFOs, treasury teams, founders, and senior decision makers
• Drive adoption of the platform’s investment and cash management solutions
• Deliver revenue, assets under management, and growth targets

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high performing team across sales, client management, and product specialists
• Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and client focused culture
• Establish strong governance, performance management, and coaching frameworks

Partnerships and Ecosystem Development

• Develop partnerships with financial institutions, corporate service providers, fintechs, and industry groups
• Expand distribution channels and embed the platform within broader corporate ecosystems
• Identify and execute strategic collaborations to accelerate growth

Market Insights and Product Innovation

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy
• Work closely with product, investment, and engineering teams to enhance solutions
• Ensure offerings meet regulatory standards while remaining competitive in performance and liquidity

Performance Management

• Define and track key performance indicators including client acquisition, retention, assets under management growth, and revenue
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership
• Drive data led decision making and performance optimisation

Compliance and Risk

• Ensure activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal governance frameworks
• Maintain oversight across regional regulatory environments

Client Success

• Oversee onboarding and service quality across corporate clients
• Improve client experience and identify opportunities for upsell and cross sell
• Strengthen long term client engagement and retention

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in business development, commercial leadership, product, or client solutions within fintech, wealth management, corporate banking, or related sectors
• Strong track record in B2B environments with exposure to treasury, cash management, investments, or corporate financial solutions
• Experience building and scaling new business lines or platforms
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
• Proven ability to engage senior corporate decision makers
• Knowledge of investment products and wealth management preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast growing and evolving environment
