Role Overview

This is a client-facing role within a capital markets technology provider, focused on managing and developing relationships with institutional clients using trading, market infrastructure, and post-trade platforms. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring platform adoption, service quality, and long-term account growth across buy-side and sell-side environments.

Working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, you’ll help translate client needs into actionable insights, supporting retention, expansion, and overall client satisfaction within a regulated, technology-driven financial markets environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with institutional capital markets clients

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client service and engagement

  • Support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing platform usage

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell in collaboration with sales

  • Liaise with product and engineering teams on client feedback and requirements

  • Monitor service performance and ensure high client satisfaction

Required Experience

  • Client relationship or account management experience within fintech or financial services

  • Strong understanding of capital markets, trading, or market infrastructure

  • Experience working with technology platforms or SaaS products

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across client organisations

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to trading systems (OMS / EMS) or post-trade platforms

  • Buy-side or sell-side client experience

  • Knowledge of electronic trading or market data

  • Experience in regulated financial environments
