Overview
This role focuses on managing and expanding key client relationships within the fintech and financial services sector. The Senior Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor to clients while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across APAC.
• Develop account plans and growth strategies.
• Identify expansion opportunities and renewals.
• Coordinate with support and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor contract performance and commercial terms.
Qualifications
• 5+ years in account management within SaaS, data, or fintech environments.
• Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and retention strategies.
• Experience negotiating renewals and commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Day-to-day
• Conduct regular client check-ins and QBRs.
• Analyse account performance and usage metrics.
• Prepare renewal proposals and pricing discussions.
• Escalate and manage service issues.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities.
