We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join their collaborative team, NYC-based team.

What you will be doing:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success with the company’s payment solutions.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Support, to align client needs with company offerings.
  • Conducting regular check-ins with clients to monitor engagement, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Developing strategic plans to enhance client engagement and maximize the value delivered to each client relationship.
  • Analyzing client data and metrics to track satisfaction and identify trends, presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
What you will bring:
  • Experience in relationship management, account management, or customer success within the FinTech or payments sectors.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making and experience using CRM tools to manage client interactions.
