As an Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients across diverse sectors, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. This involves fostering consultative relationships, leveraging product expertise, identifying growth opportunities, and driving client success. You will leverage your expertise in the company’s products and financial services industry knowledge to build strong, consultative relationships, proactively identify growth opportunities, and drive client success. What you will be doing:
- Manage a portfolio of key financial services accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strategic account plans to identify and capitalize on growth and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Strengthen client relationships while aligning with product and cross-functional teams to drive success.
