Account Manager

EC1 Partners is working exclusively with a dynamic FinTech company dedicated to supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of banks and credit unions. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Account Manager to join their fast-growing NYC-based team.
What you will be doing:
- Leading the onboarding process for new bank and credit union customers, ensuring a seamless transition to the platform.
- Conducting comprehensive product training sessions to empower clients to effectively utilize all platform features.
- Overseeing joint marketing initiatives with customers, coordinating efforts between internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Providing ongoing support to clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Regularly monitoring customer usage to identify trends and proactively recommend ways to enhance platform utilization.
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborating with the founding team and Institution Success team to devise strategies for increasing customer engagement.
- Identifying upsell opportunities based on customer needs and strategic growth goals, and communicating them to the Sales team.
- Gathering customer feedback to drive platform improvements and enhance the overall user experience.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, account management, or similar roles, preferably in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing and internal interactions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and work streams simultaneously.
- Experience with data analysis tools and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of organization.
- Comfort with data-driven marketing practices and flexibility in handling shifting priorities.
