A Financial technology global community that focuses on the cross-border payments desk is ready to onboard a Program Manager to join the team to lead the APAC market development of a new line of products serving existing new client segments.
As Director you will be working with Regional Head and leadership team to establish APAC’s strategic goals, and filter into markets, business, and product line strategy/GTM.
A strong coordination and critical business insights is needed to ensure cross functional alignments of goals and execution. You will be spearheading the sales and market development teams to achieve strategic revenues. Managing conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and marketing programs to drive interest and sale is key.
You will be overseeing the following:
Working closely with Regional Head to achieve APAC’s strategic goals and product line strategy/GTM
Aligning existing growth initiatives and implementation for future growth (market expansion and commercial investment)
Partnering with growth engine units (B2B, Working Capital, Merchant Services)
Lead market enablement team that focuses on key product or business lines and drive coordination between global, sales and operational teams
Niche go-to-market strategies across cross functional products with Country and Business Development Managers
Regional Lead Product prioritization
Market Trend analysis
What you will bring:
Up to 10 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, developments, GTM payments experience and business development expansion
Proven leadership track record
Strong marketing and business development capabilities
Stakeholder management experience
Commercial focus and relationship management skills
Emotional intelligence, organizational focus and resilience
Lead complex, operational and strategic initiatives from inception to completion
Budget up to SGD 250K Base + Comm!
