We are working with a global regulated securities finance platform aiming to transform trading in Total Return Swaps (TRS), Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL), REPO, and Collateral across Equities, Fixed Income, and ETFs. With offices in London, New York, Paris, Tel Aviv, and Hong Kong, driving market transparency and efficiency.

Overview

Our client is seeking a self-starter who is a creative, hands-on head of marketing to lead our global marketing initiatives. If youre fintech-savvy and excel in building campaigns, creating compelling content, and managing top-tier events, this role is for you.

The Role

  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our objectives.
  • Campaigns & CRM: Manage our marketing channels using HubSpot to ensure all campaigns are aligned.
  • Event Management: Plan, promote, and execute events (UK & abroad) including roundtables, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Product Marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies and messaging for product launches to drive user adoption.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, and social posts. Canva and WordPress skills are a plus.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify co-marketing opportunities with media and industry partners to expand market reach.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to keep strategies relevant.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budget forecasting and management, including external agencies and collaborators.

You

  • Marketing Experience: 5-10 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior role; securities finance or fintech experience is a plus.
  • Martech Stack (Essential): Proficiency in HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub; some design software skills (e.g., Canva).
  • Event Management (Essential): Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events.
  • Website Management: Experience in managing WordPress websites (e.g.content updates, SEO).
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to create, implement, and measure plans effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Good data analysis skills to measure campaign performance.
  • Content & Comms: Good verbal and written skills with a flair for compelling content; familiarity with AI tools is a bonus.
