ML Engineer
Objectives
● Design and develop machine learning algorithms and deep learning applications for recommendation systems
● Ensure algorithms generate accurate product recommendations
● Build prototypes and apply appropriate machine learning algorithms and tools
● Construct optimized data pipelines to feed machine learning models
● Design and develop machine learning tests and experiments, and document findings and results
● Train, fine-tune, and monitor machine learning systems and models
● Apply methods and technologies related to Large Language Models (LLMs), from model fine-tune to prompt engineering
Skills and qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, mathematics, or related field
● Proven experience as a machine learning engineer or similar role
● Impeccable analytical and problem-solving skills
● Strong math and computer science, with a deep understanding of probability, statistics, and algorithms
● Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks, egPyTorch
● Familiarity with data structures, data modelling, and software architecture
● Excellent time management and organisational skills
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills
● 5+ years experience
● Financial Services experience is a preference
