Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our team and help drive our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving all marketing activities with a strong focus on digital marketing. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience who thrives in a start-up environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user acquisition.
  • Social Media Management: Create, manage, and optimise content across all social media platforms to engage and grow our audience.
  • SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimise website content and manage search engine marketing to enhance online visibility and traffic.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product and sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge and effective.

 

Qualifications

 

Experience: 1-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a start-up or fintech environment. Finance knowledge, specifically around commodity derivatives trading and risk management is a huge bonus.

 

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or relevant experience.

 

Skills:

  • Proven experience in creating content for digital marketing purposes and social media management skills with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, start-up environment managing multiple projects.
