Relationship Manager – Strategic Accounts

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join their collaborative team, NYC-based team.
What you will be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success with the company’s payment solutions.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance their experience.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Support, to align client needs with company offerings.
- Conducting regular check-ins with clients to monitor engagement, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Developing strategic plans to enhance client engagement and maximize the value delivered to each client relationship.
- Analyzing client data and metrics to track satisfaction and identify trends, presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
What you will bring:
- Experience in relationship management, account management, or customer success within the FinTech or payments sectors.
- Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
