Utilizing your contacts within the financial sector, this Sales Director is accountable for driving revenue growth within the region (EMEA), generating a pipeline, presenting solutions, creating
proposals and closing business. Experience working with capital markets firms and fast-growing companies is preferred.
This position will be based in Europe.
Job Duties:
Hunting and developing leads in the SaaS RegTech or FinTech space while utilizing your understanding of financial technologies architecture.
Meet/exceed revenue growth targets within primary region and assist global sales staff in secondary region(s).
Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
Provide prompt feedback to Product Management and Sales Management regarding client and prospect product feedback.
Maintain and expand the company’s CRM.
Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
Appropriately communicate value proposition and company brand.
Understand customer requirements and leverage teammates to have relevant technical planning sessions.
Successfully drive pipeline, revenue, and sales goals through effective management of partner engagements and team selling.
Manage complex contract negotiations and liaison with the Legal team.
Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for Eventus Systems to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processesand forecasted sales.
Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
Requirements:
5+ years exp successfully selling SaaS RegTech or FinTech solutions into the financial markets
University or college degree or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Excellent collaborator, with an ability to work with virtual teams.
Experience building successful relationships and negotiating with business leaders, especially the C-Suite.
Skilled at working with technical teams through complex solution sales.
Good understanding of technology.
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Ability to regularly travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and work ethic.
Experience with CRM software.
