Client Onboarding & Technical Support Specialist 

Our client is a financial technology firm focused on addressing the unique liquidity needs of institutional clients operating within the digital asset space. Their flagship product is a high-performance, ultra-low latency execution-only Electronic Communication Network (ECN) processing billions of messages daily. By decoupling trade execution from custody and brokerage, their platform is designed to provide a premier, institution-only venue for cryptocurrency trade execution. 

You will be instrumental in providing a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing technical support to major institutional players using our client’s platform. This role involves proactive client engagement throughout the onboarding, integration, and trading lifecycle. Working with a small team of highly experienced engineers, you will contribute to our client’s focus on minimizing latency at a nano-second level, ensuring 24/7/365 system uptime, and leveraging data for machine learning automation initiatives. 

What you will be doing:

  • Guide clients through onboarding, providing real-time technical support and preparing integration instructions.
  • Set up and configure client accounts, network connections, and custom settings.
  • Respond to and resolve client technical issues during live trading, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.
  • Provide feedback on client needs and suggest platform improvements.

What you will bring:

  • Strong knowledge of FIX Protocol and proficiency in Linux, bash scripting, and Python.
  • Experience in FX technology, trading systems, and client support.
  • Familiarity with Prime Broker operations is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • EST or CST based
