Our client offers full service multi-asset brokerage and execution via its cutting-edge proprietary technology. As a prime of prime, they provide aggregated pricing sourced from Tier one institutions, settled through the group’s bank Prime brokers.
As part of the client services team, you will be first line responder responsible for day-to-day client interactions, ensuring communications are completed efficiently, with an emphasis on client care and attention.
Working with multiple teams, you will pro-actively support the needs of the company’s global client base whilst adhering to the company’s policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for the execution of client trades, client onboarding and various ad-hoc projects, utilising effective problem solving and time management skills.
A strong academic background.
Experience within the FX, futures, or other derivatives markets.
Minimum 2 years’ experience within a client services role.
FCA CF (Client dealing) approved – preferred but not essential.
MT4 experience -preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills.
Organised, strong attention to detail and confident to work under your own initiative with a willingness to learn and ask questions.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and peers.
