Job Description

EC1 Partners is currently working on an exclusive Client Engagement role for a leading independent platform provider of data, analytics and risk solutions on systematic and factor based models. 

Our client’s product allows institutional investors to discover and analyse the market of quantitative strategies. 

The role will provide support for Buy side clients, leverage client relationships and provide advice on how to improve usage.

Key Responsibilities

First line responder responsible for day-to-day client interactions, addressing customer questions and potential issues in a timely manner
Articulate the solutions to technical financial institutions 
Collaborate with multiple internal teams 
Assist customers to implement and access company data and analytics services
Provide advice and guidance on how to improve client engagement and develop lasting relationships
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings and methodologies
Work in a fast-growing B2B sales environment for one of the most innovative Fintech Platform

What you bring 

Technically skilled with a customer focused mind and excellent communication skills
A strong academic background
Minimum 2 years’ experience within a client services role
Understanding of financial markets and mathematical background 
Organised, strong attention to detail and confident to work under your own initiative with a willingness to learn and ask questions
Willingness to travel within a wide geographical area for client meetings
Experience with Python will be a plus
