Off the back of high client demand we are actively looking for resourcers to join our Contract team in London.

What will you be doing:

Building new and existing client relationships, cold & warm calling
Face to face meetings with clients and candidates
Generate candidates through job ad’s headhunting and EC1’s CRM system
Candidate interview prep and feedback
Working towards weekly, monthly, quarterly KPI’s to achieve targets
Learning the 360 recruitment process from your peers around you
Building your own personal brand

We are looking for an individual with excellent managerial and recruitment experience (4 years+) to help grow our tech team in Singapore. EC1’s tech team globally partner with worlds most disruptive FinTech firms on an exclusive/ retained basis.

The role: 

Leading / overseeing management of a team of Recruitment Consultants 

Operate as a billing Team Leader, you will work the entire 360 recruitment cycle; a blend of business development, sales and recruiting  

Support with hiring and training of the next generations high achievers  

Establish innovative ways to build the brand and improve the service offered 

Consistently promote the company vision both internally and externally 

You will be target focused with strong team leading/management experience within the recruitment sector.

The person: 

4+ years’ experience leading a team within the recruitment sector  

Be goal driven, enthusiastic with a great mindset 

Have an outgoing and confident personality, who can lead their market 

Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets individually and teams  

Quick tenacious thinker with the ability to spot a deal  

Professional, ambitious, and keen to provide first rate service to client’s candidates and employees.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant (1+ years) to work on our Technical Recruiting team, which partner with the worlds most disruptive FinTech firms, on an exclusive/ retained basis. 

This is a position on a hot desk, with highly committed roles to work from day 1. Role can be seated out of Manhattan or Miami. 

If you are looking to move from in-house or agency over to Executive Search, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you. 

What you will do 

Working the entire 360 recruitment cycle: a blend of business development, sales and recruiting (80% work will be retained) 

Leveraging the firms existing relationships to map out your own market focus 

Build relationships with some of the biggest names in the FinTech space in order to create long lasting business relationships 

To become an SME in your given market specialism 

What you will bring  

Knowledge and interest in the most current FinTech Markets 

Experience as a Technical Recruiter (development, engineering, product etc) 

Demonstrated strong sales acumen either throughout school or in a professional environment 

Highly motivated with examples of ambition and resilience 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships 

You will be degree educated or have equivalent experience
